A missed a shop like this in Madrid. It is perfect the great selection of beers. When I go to this shop I always buy about 8-10 beers!!!.

In madrid this is the better place to buy worlwide beer. If you are in spain and you love beers and need some hops you have to go there! Is only a beershop so you cannot drink inside but there is a little fridge where you can find some american, english, danish and so on beer. In Cerverzorama you can find the best beer selection of all Madrid.

The first store of it’s kind in Madrid. I was told by Javier (clerk) that they host tastings on Wednesdays for 15 EUR. You need to call to confirm and reserve. They will also organize a private tasting for groups of 8. They also give you a little card and when they stamp it for 9 purchases you get some kind of discount. I wish Cervezorama many years of prosperity!

If this store were in the Pacific Northwest where I live it would be nothing special but since it is in Madrid, Spain it shines like a beacon in the night. The only bottle shop in Madrid this fine establishment also sells homebrew kits and equipment as well as having over 400 different bottles for sale. Many beers that I had never heard of or seen before as well. They even have some American craft beer so I can show my friends here that American Beer does not equal Budweiser.

There just might be a god after all. At least for those of us who live in Madrid. For a city where "beer store" means "we sell Chimay!" this place is truly a godsend. Just opened recently, the store is currently packed with great beer from all over Europe and the USA. Granted, its selection is somewhat limited by the size of the place, it features beers from De Dolle, Southern Tier, Mikkeller, Revelation Cat, Andechs, and many more (including quite a bit of German beer I was not familiar with and some Catalan micros). This is a great place with knowledgeable staff dealing with for the most part Spaniards coming in and asking for "black beer." Funny to then see them get recommended Founders Breakfast Stout... visit, a must.
