| | Pinball (56), Copenhagen, Denmark | | April 22, 2012 Nice clean large bar in central malmo. lots of taps with swedish and international microbrews on. prices are as usual in sweden insanely high, i paid 89 SEK (13 USD) for about 40cl US beer from tap. Copenhagen (half an hour train ride away) is much cheaper, and there is a bishop’s arms too. The large selection both taps and bottles should keep any beer geek occupised for some time. They have cask too, which is not common in scandinavia. The high prices are due to taxes i guess, so nothing the bar can do about it. If yui’ve got money to spend it is a really nice large place. | | Skakapa (14), Malmö, Sweden | | March 30, 2012 Tudor style pub, among the best selection in town of both bottled and draught beers, including cask, from many breweries. Brewer events and occasional pub quizzes. Extremely well-educated and friendly staff. Heaters and tables outside. | | Vignale (18), Malmö, Sweden | | October 31, 2011 Malmös bästa utbud. Varierat och oftast många nya öl från bra bryggerier kombinerat med riktigt bra klassiker. Trevlig och kunnig personal dessutom. | | Boudicca (205), London, England | | July 9, 2011 This is one of two Bishops Arms in Malmo, the other being near the central station. It’s very similar to the Copenhagen branch but seemed to have more atmosphere as there were quite a few customers. We visited with Anders and Lars on a sunny Sunday, having taken the train over to Malmo from Copenhagen (a pleasant 35 minute journey over the impressive Oresund bridge).
We sat outside, where there are several round slatted wooden tables with matching chairs, outdoor heaters and the outdoor lanterns known to everyone who’s ever visited an IKEA. Inside, over the bar there’s a long rowing boat (a skull, like those in which our boys have won so many Olympic medals for Great Britain), a black and white mock Tudor ceiling, wood panelled walls and photographs of the English royal family and of British landmarks.
There was a good choice of beers, including Oppigards Amarillo Spring, Mikkeller Snapphane and Viking IPA.

| | Mathieu87 (59), Ganshoren, Belgium | | May 6, 2011 [ Updated October 2, 2011 ] Nice place, but very very expensive... Besides the prices, nice place to have a beer. Especially in the back of the bar, you’ll find really comfortable seats. We had the Kaggen Stormaktsporter and the Stormaktsporter, which was a great experience! | | faroeviking (127), , Haiti | | December 4, 2010 Good atmosphere, nice designs. lots of taps! I really like the fact that there is a library with leather restings chairs, nice relaxing spot. Good service. Quite pricey though. | | Marko (169), Split, Croatia | | September 21, 2010 Despite being newly opened, this place already produces a pretty good atmosphere. The service is very good. The prices are typical Swedish draught insanity, but the selection is quite great and varied, and people from those who just like beer to beer geeks would find something to like or love here. If they can afford it of course :). |
