Normal mexican lagers are tap standards - thank god the owner / bar manager loves good beer. Theres usually some interesting local (philly or nj) breweries available on draft in addition to a big boy stout or belgian strong. If you get a chance to speak with him, he’s a cool dude. I’ve tried a bunch of strong DFHs here, some great Founders (including KBS on draft). Great food too. Friendly bar tenders / waitresses.

This is a great little place that has been here forever. I dated a girl that was a waitress here when I was in high school and that was 35 years ago. It’s a friendly place with the typical Mexican decor. The servers are friendly and fairly knowledgeable when it comes to the beer. The selection is small but very good. I had a Founders stout and a Mad Elf last time in. Stop by on a Saturday and hit Flying Fish for a tour and tasting too.

When I lived in South Jersey, this was by far my favorite mexican resaurant. I was back in town visiting friends, and I find out they now have a great, albeit small craft beer selection on tap. Mondays are half off which is great.
