The Beer Temple, good beer selection but finally a bar with Lambic & Gueze beers, Cantillon, 3 Fonteinen, Oud Beersel, Giradin, Hanssens, Boon, Tilquin, more than 30 gueze, and that pairing with a great belgian cheese menu ( Chimay Vieux, Chimay à la Bière, Hervé, Patachouffe, Watou, Brugge,...) 15 draught beers (I had Mikkeller Beer hop Breakfast, Cantillon and Tø øl First Frontier).

A little piece of Beer Heaven in Mataro just outside of Barcelona. The Drunk Monk is the result of extremely hard work put in by it’s great owner Sven. I am in the business myself and I can tell you that Sven is one of the most professional patrons I have met. He constantly strives to offer quality in all that he offers and does. This is a gem of a place and really worth the visit. Don’t be put off by it’s location as you will not regret the visit. Thank you Sven for all your hard work.

Fin septembre 2011 direction Barcelone puis aprés 30 minutes de train Mataro. Caché dans une cité ce bar ne paye pas de mine. Le patron est un Belge passionné. Ses barmans sont toutes des femmes. Ses produits viennent de nombreux pays. Il y a un bout de Belgique en Espagne. Allez y.

A unos 30 km de Barcelona, fuimos en tren yluego a pie (unos 15 min), pero vale la pena, es lo que se cuenta, no muy grande pero con muchas neveras repletas ed cervezas belgas y de otros paises, gran selección de barril y sorprendemente muchas lámbicas.

A nice friendly place, great atmosphere, a big selection of beers , I was surprised with the Armand’4 Lente, a wonderful beer, also a good selction of belgian cheeses and belgian chocolate, a place to go.

Beaucoup de choix mais pas de selection. Pas mal de bons et beaucoup de mauvais

Sicuramente un locale di altissimo livello,specie sulle birre belghe e su quelle catalane.Alla spina hanno una selezione incentrata un po’ troppo su tripel e dolcioni vari.Ricorda molto lo Sherwood Pub sia per l’ambiente che per la selezione.
