Cool that you can buy a beer and drink in in the store. Good selection, staff were friendly but the man I talked to didn’t seem particularly into craft beer. Not sure if he was minding the store for someone else. Relaxed vibe, definitely worth a visit.

I’m not sure about this place...I think I will have to go back and try it again. They have an interesting, eclectic selection of beers. And I do like that you can buy and drink instore. However, it’s hard to work out what is actually available as it is not all displayed in the same place. When I asked about a range of beers I was told they had more "in storage" with no more explanation. Not all the beers on the shelf had prices and I was charged more than the price displayed for what I bought. However, it was still reasonable. The staff seemed to be really into beer and knew stuff and were chatting to some other customers but not to me. Maybe I didn’t look like I should be there?

Nice wee beer, wine and spirit shop. Go in and there is always so much selection. Ducking in for a quick beer is never easy at this shop. Organised chaos? But it all makes the shop just a little more interesting on top of a different selection of tap beers. The place has grown on me since 1st going. Nice people that own the shop too.

Great little place on Chapel Street, Melbourne. The best thing is the service who kept the place open just a little bit longer because they’re happy to "sell some good quality beer to people who know good quality beer". Selection is great with quite a few nice bottles from all over the world. Not sure about the value as it was my first place in Melbourne. I really liked it.

I think I am in love. Dropped in to say hello and must have nearly spent 2 hours there. The best little bottle store in the world...surely! A large range that is eclectic at the same time. About 8 taps, which on this day included all four Brew Dog ’IPA is Dead’ series. And best of all, you can buy and drink your beer on site, either inside or out...and incredibly at the same off licence price. Rob and Jo are extremely passionate and welcoming, and even convinced me of the delights of Buckfast. Simply AWESOME.

[3/11] Bottle shop cum cafe/ bar in the Windsor end of Chapel St. Laminex tables, newspapers, homely disorder. Like an old milk bar that couldn’t decide whether to be someone’s living room or a cafe and became both. Has tap beer and cider as well as offering patrons the chance to buy from the bottleshop then drink on the premises or at tables on the street. Very this part of Melbourne. [6.4] [6/14] Sometimes pays to check dates here and opening hours are a bit notional. Sometimes rather unexpected beers show up here. [9/19] Has declined to the point that there was nothing I was prepared to buy (nothing new, familiar good things way too old) the last couple of times I've looked in.
