BeerGeek80 (1), , does not count - explanation | | November 9, 2011 I LOVE THIS PLACE! Not only is the staff real friendly and helpful, but they have an AMAZING micro and European brew selection. Best thing about their beer is that its nice and ice cold compared to other micro beer stores in the area. And surprisingly, they have great prices too! Definitely recommend this place. Can’t wait for their next tasting =D | | Beershine (540), The Sunshine State, Florida | | November 9, 2011 I was here when it first opened, they were already showing signs of developing into a good store and have evolved well. Just went back after not visiting for a few years and the selection is great plus they have tasting events, etc and a helpful enthusiastic staff. Yay! | | cbeers21 (35), Miami, Florida | | January 20, 2011 Nice little joint off the palmetto. Not too much in the way of selection but they have very fair prices on some standard micros. (stone, southern tier, dogfish). Dont expect anything out of the ordinary, but what you find will be as well priced as in the area. George is awesome and very friendly about beers, maybe can arrange a thing or two. They often carry a few solid brews at a good value and have regular tastings to try out some newer selections. Worth a try as it is better than anything in the area, and I always pop in if its on the way. | | Rustyham (84), Nashville, Tennessee | | May 27, 2009 [ Updated November 30, 2009 ] The best part of this place is it’s proximity to my house. better selection than most beer stops in Miami, and some of the best pricing to boot, comparable to Whole Foods pricing. Will recommend to friends. Thank you smith4498 for listing it. | | smith4498 (20), Miami, Florida | | May 7, 2009 Located just off the Palmeto expresway on Bird road. They have a decent selection of common Belgians ( St. Bernardus, Chimay, Delirium, Duvel etc.) They have an average selection of microbreweries, however they only have a couple of selections from each brewer. Stone, Great Divide, Rogue, Avery, the usuals that have a wide distruibution in the States. They also had an assotment of European brews. Overall a decent place that had about 15 to 20 beers I had not tried yet. |
