78 Easy to find if you know where your'e going. Decent selection of brews in the rear coolers and shelves. Smallish place overall. Decent for the area. |
68 DefInitely a beer store first, wine second, and liquor third. Had 300-350 different craft beers with some new Mikkellers and Cascade sours being the big scores. I wish they had a pick six section but most of their beer was refrigerated which was nice to see. I can’t say this is a destination place but it’s a pretty solid local. |
82 Good selection of Craft Beer |
80 This store has a pretty good but small selection of beers and the staff are eager to assist. |
80 Beers are in a narrow cooridor in the back of the store. Very wide selection from near and far, probably the most varied selection in the area. Staff are very proactive and helpful. Worth a stop. |
86 Not the biggest bottle shop I’ve ever been in, but one of the friendliest. The size doesn’t prevent Sandy’s from having a really good selection of brews, you’ll leave happy with some treasure you found! |
78 This is probably your best bet for finding decent craft beer in Newport at a bottle store. The selection isn’t mind blowing and the prices are a nip high, but they tend to cover all the important bases of import, national, regional, and local. |
90 Sandy’s Liquors has one of the best selections in Middletown. The staff is always friendly, cheerful and willing to help. A few times they gave me a free pint glass with my purchase. Selection includes a good number of 22oz from White Birch, Fireston. Berkshire, Lagunitas to name a few. Good selection of 4 packs from Sixpoint, Green Flash and clown shoes. This is not just my favorite spot in Middletown for beer, but probably the best on Aquidneck Island. |
