74 Typical Old Chicago. Fair pricing on food and a big list of beers on tap and in bottles. Food is pizza, calzones and some other good stuff. |
70 Standard Old Chicago - great pizza, plenty of beers. Parking at this one can be tricky at times when its busy, but they do have a parking lot, which is saying something in this neighborhood. |
72 Nothing super special but not really bad either. Decent selection of both craft and macro beers. Food is typical chain restaurant food. Staff really had no idea about craft beers but were ok with everything else. |
56 Meh... 30 taps. At least they have Surly. Better than average bar food. Typical young loud uptown crowd. One of the better bets in uptown but in no way should you go out of your way. |
66 Nice place to go for happy hour (which is where I am going in 20 minutes). The food is okay and the service has never been more than average. The beer selection tends to be a little better than the Roseville restaurant (they usually have Surly here). This place is great to go after hitting up a bar as a food break and then going back to the bar. |
60 pretty much like the downtown but now the only one in mpls. Decent service, not much in the way of beer. |
54 Standard OC. This location actually ran out of hamburgers....seriously; who runs out of burgers? Service is ok. Selection is of course better than an average bar but there is nothing really rare or good. A short walk to Williams Pub with a selection of hundreds of beers. |
74 This is my second favourite Old Chicago. The service has always been really good here and it is never nearly as busy as one would expect for uptown. I think this location often times gets some of the more interestring seasonal beers compared to the other locations, especially for the mini tours. |
