54 Huge supermarket with a fairly good selection of beers. Locals as Hiedenpeters, BRLO, Lempke, Choppe aswell as imports from Brewdog, Firestone Walker etc. Good prices. Not a lot of service, but some tasty looking food, was offered some nice cheese samples when i left. |
58 I always visit this place when in Berlin. (the most recent visit was in August 2016) The beer corner is located at the bottom floor. I think that the selection was a bit better compared to my visit in 2014. It’s not a bad thing to buy some beers from Firestone Walker to the hotel room |
52 Next door to the train station at Alexanderplatz.
Easy to find. Hughe supermarket.
You will find the beer apartment in the right corner at the entrance level.
A bit rare. It is not very big. BUT the selection is quite unusual and nice.
You can also find Sake if you like. |
68 Selection is not bad. Many craft including Firestone Walker, Braumfactum and many more. Also loads of crappy macros. |
60 I ventured there while waiting for my train. Picked up bunch of macros for less then Euro a piece. Good place for tickers when you tight on time. |
44 Super market in the basement of a shopping center. Most of the beers can be found other places much cheaper. However, not a bad place if you don´t have time to find e beer shop. |
60 A liquer store on the bottom floor of the Galeria. First impression was poor, with German beers you can find pretty much anywhere. But once Zi entered the next room it got better. They had beer from Firestone Walker for instance. And the one of the women working there offered me samples from Braufactum-beers. I bought a few bottles. |
66 New rating:
Things have changed to the better in three years. The German craft beer selection is now really good. I purchased bottles from Lemke, Mashsee, Schoppe, Brlo and Kehrwieder. Cheap as well. (Visited September 28th 2016)
Old rating: 2-4-6-x-3-7 = 38 Definitely not worth a detour! About the same German beers you will find in an ordinary Getrankemarkt and the foreign beer selection was a disaster. Did not buy anything. (Visited September 25th 2013) |
44 Not so much interesting here at the time of my visit, a decent selection of quite common German standard beer, some exotic imports from South America and the Caribbean and a couple of American pale lager plus some bottles from Schorschbräu. I usually drop by if I’m in the neighbourhood and the whisky selection here is quite nice, but it is certainly not a must visit. The Edeka supermarket in the basement of Alexa shopping mall has a much wider selection of German beer (mainly industrial) and specialty shops has the interesting stuff. |
46 No reason to go out of the way for this, most beers are widely available. No beers to speak of in the bars inside the gourmet section. Convenient if you are in a hurry, I suppose. |
