Anthony the beer purchaser as well as co-owner is a stand up guy who treats his customers with much respect. He makes every attempt to attain the beers in demand for his customers. Top notch store. One of my top 10 places to purchase beer in southern california. Prices are more than reasonable.
Swing by this place and you will see what i am talking about. | 88 AMBIANCE 3/5 SERVICE 10/10 SELECTION 13/15 FOOD N/A VALUE N/A OVERALL 18/20 LtDan (65) Los Angeles County, California | May 18, 2009| Updated April 6, 2012 Completely hidden from Google, This site, and other sites. My buddy found this place by accident.
The place is like any other Los Angeles Liquor store, only this place has about 6 doors of good to great beer. Stone, Port Brewing, The Bruery, Anderson Valley, various Belgians, Firestone Walker, English Imports.
The gentleman behind the counter didn’t seem chatty, but he knew he was selling good beer, which is good.
The prices were cheaper than Santa Anita Wines and Spirits, and on par with Whole Foods and Bevmo and Lone Hill for pricing.
I’d advise anyone in the Arcadia,Monrovia, Duarte area to give this place a shot. |
