Very dark and smokey bar. It is a shame that the actually have a decent selection of beer and decent wings.

This place isn’t bad considering it is right across the street from Robert Morris University. I went to school there and had never been there and glad for that. This place isn’t as frat boy college bar-y as I had thougt due to the Ground Round 30 seconds away. I went there on a Friday and it was loud, packed and hard to get to the bar. I think they had a good tap selection but couldn’t hear what the bartender was saying to I got a Stella. Go upstairs and see Frank who runs the takeout store. Decent selection and nice prices for PA.

Nifty small place below the Beer Store. Has a nice variety of hard to get beers on tap. For example, I had a #9 Majic Hat, a beer I thought I’d never get to try along with Flying Dog Gonzo Baltic porter, Hopp hog, Hopsmouth, Kasteel, Smithwicks and Stella Artois. Taps change every week. The barmaid is beer knowledgeable (and sometimes can be a little impatient with your lack of beer knowledge - don’t ask about the same beer twice!). When crowded, the service suffers. I feel the tap brews are a little pricey especially the 6 0z Kasteel I paid $8 for. Wings are something that should be tried. They are as good as Quaker Steak and Lube. We like to smoke cigars and sometimes we are told that we may need to put it out if somebody complains - don’t care for that. Especially if I just lit up a $10 AVO. Tho not on display, virtually any beer in a bottle can be had if asked for. Also, stop upstairs on your way out and get a mixed six pack of anything for about $10!
