Great place - not least because of the fabulous wheat beer on offer. We sat upstairs and enjoyed glasses of Schenider Weisse on tables covered with table cloths. Anywhere else it would have seemed chintzy, but in Munich, it’s just par for the course.

Weißbier Heaven! Lunch on Easter Sunday: the place was packed, nevertheless my gf and I managed to find a table. We weren’t too hungry so we both got a kleines Gerichte (literally "small meal", more or less their idea of a light lunch): not small at all but very tasty! I had the Tap 5 Hopfen-Weisse, couldn’t have asked for more.

Huge, easy to find restaurant, packed, with a band playing Bavarian music. The Schneider beers are great, but these guys don’t offer anything smaller than 0.5l and no, that’s not a good thing at all! I might go there some other time.

Excellent traditional brauhaus based around authentic Bavarian food and the full available beer range of Schneider & Son (probably my favourite German Brewery, at least for weizen). Glad I’ve done this at least once.

One of my favorite bars in the city. Serves the full schneider lineup in a cozy beer hall atmosphere. Smaller and more intimate than the big brewery halls but still has the beer-focused feel to it without being too restauranty. Some of the best wheat beers in the world at their best. You really have to come here when visiting Munich if you are a wheat beer fan. Not much food for non-meat-eaters though.

Definitely worth a visit, and a visit early on in the day for the weiß Frühstück, a breakfast of white sausage and wheat beer only available before midday but best fresher at an earlier hour. Great selection of beers on draught - as far as German bierhalls go - and some straight from the wood. Excellent atmosphere all day long, a lot of locals mixed with tourists. The food here is to die for, the suckling pig is especially exceptional. Beautifully set out and finished with red timber everything, the only bugger of it is getting a seat outside to enjoy the very shy Munich sun. Fantastic and full of life bierhall.

Beautiful places, good and professional service and very amazing food. The Schneider Weisses’ beers are some of the best beer in Bavaria!

Our group was caught out in the rain late in the evening and we literally stumbled upon this place. Beautiful restaurant, very warm andwelcoming (and huge). The food was fantastic, and the beers were too. Schneider and Ayinger ar my two favorite big brewers in Germany, so this was a real treat.
