| illinismitty (275), Nashville, Tennessee | | July 8, 2010 This place sucks so bad, it should not be in the database. Move along, there is not much to see here. A small step above Kroger, and that is not saying much. | | Rustyham (84), Nashville, Tennessee | | June 22, 2010 This is right next to a Kroger. Seriously, just go into the Kroger. The only beer this place has that’s worth coming in for Caldera IPA at $10.99. But you’d be better off at the Kroger as far as selection and prices. | | Butters (164), Richmond, Virginia | | September 15, 2008 [ Updated December 16, 2008 ] When I first moved to Nashville, I was excited to see that I had a ’beer market’ directly across the street. Especially when the sign atop the building advertised ’specializing in imports, microbrews’. How dissappointed I was once I actually ventured inside. It has the feel of a third world convenience store. Kind of dirty, and very crowded, but with bare shelves as well. There is also fairly large porno mag section in the corner, that increases the score from me. The staff barely speaks english, and there are no prices listed on the shelves, so they ring you up for whatever they think you’ll pay [lady tried to charge me $8.99 for a sixer of mickey’s big mouths.] Now all that withstanding, they do actually have some decent beers. The selection certainly beats the grocery stores in the immediate area. Some rogue, flying dog, sam adams - all sold in 6-packs. Almost all the beer is sold cold, which is a plus. Clearly this place does way more business in domestic macro |
