It’s your standard Whole Foods. Decent ambiance, helpful staff, diverse food choices, and overpriced beer. These guys try to separate themselves from regular grocery stores by essentiall selling the entire collection of some common brewers (flying dog, abita, sam adams) compared to the grocery where you may only find one or two varieties of each. That said, they charge an extra 2 dollars/6 pack and if you know where to look you can find the nonstandard members of each company’s collection elsewhere.

I stopped here everyday for food and beer when I was visiting New Orleans. An old bus hanger converted into a food store. Great food and beer. Plenty of Abita.

Just ask for the Beer section. It's a pretty good selection, and the beers are all chilled. They sell singles too.
