A surprising vintage beer menu to pair amongst their respectible dinners. Waitstaff are trained in the beer culture and that sophistication gets mad respect. Very elegant fine dining restaurant. Recommended to me be Samuel Meritt from Society of Beer for their respect and knowledge of beer. While their beer list is not large, it is very respectable with many rare and vintage beers. Better known for its high-brow menu, this place has an underrated bottle list and a few interesting taps. Go for the food, and get suprised by the beer. This place is a landmark in Manhattan. |
