First Manhattan bar stop of the day. Classic dark and wood heavy bar with beery paraphernalia behind the bar. The beer list was less than impressive on my visit. I take it that perhaps they had a Stone event or something of the like but there was over twenty Stone and Rogue beers combined on the draft list. No fault of the bar, I was just disappointed to not find more local beers on offer. I guess they like to please the NYC crowd here. I ordered the chicken wrap for lunch which was average. The overall service was on the slower side considering it wasnít too busy. Itís worth a visit and no doubt the experience will vary with each visit.

Good information on beers outside bar. Nice place during days but gets very noisy and crowded in evenings and nights. Litlle bit of overrated.

This place was my favourite in New York. Great atmosphere - I always love the picnic table set up of a place as itís great for a social atmosphere. They also showed hockey on the screens, which is great. The selection is awesome, and they seem to do a lot of tap takeovers and brewery features. They also have ratebeer scores on the menu, which is helpful. They offer flights of everything on the menu except the expensive stuff. Cool, homy atmosphere.

Old wood and a bit of a dated bar. Patrons were almost all drinking macro and Cocktails. Service was nice and friendly, but not particularly helpful. Comfortable, but prices are a bit high at $16 for a flight. Lots on the tap list and so close to other locations, a stop is required.

Visited on a thursdaynight . Quite buisy place at this time, yet still a few seeting available . service was helpfull , taplist was great . Minor bottleselection, but it seems to be standard around NY ( or maybe even the US ??? ) The athmosphere and interior were absolutely amazing . Looks very nightlife-ish . Black walls, filled with shining beerplates from craftbeer breweries . Prices were to the high side , but at least they do flights which is nice if you wanna drink multiples . All and all , Iíve got to say I really liked this place. If Iíd live around, this would probably be my go-to place .

Probably not the best place for contemplative beer tasting on a busy night - but selection is well worth checking out if you are in the area.

I am really not a fan of Rattle N Hum. Might have to do with it being named after a U2 album, but ambience is too loud and sports oriented (I like sports). There is rarely a beer on tap that would blow me away and food is ok. I really struggle to figure out why people like this place so much.
