| gary07734 (23), , England | | April 19, 2009 [ Updated September 12, 2009 ] This shop is something of an upmarket version of the traditional ’corner shop’. Through the back there is a reasonable sized wine/beer cellar. The selection is not huge, I’d guess 100-150 beers, but what they have is generally good. On my visit there was Orval, Rochefort, Westmalle, St Bernardus, various decent belgians, several german/czech lagers, a few american and canadian beers (including stone and dogfish head), ciders and a selection of lager type beers from around the world. Reasonable collection of british ales, a lot of samuel smiths. | | louchemobile (11), Barrow-in-Furness, England | | October 18, 2007 Good bottle selection of UK, Belg, Czech, Germ, US and more |
