| AwYeh (12), Canton, Ohio | | December 21, 2010 Some craft six packs, mostly from Great Lakes, Stone, Sierra Nevada, Harpoon, and Dogfish Head. Unibroue and occasionally Founders can be found on a little unrefrigerated shelf in front of the liquor store. Walk-in cooler has a few bombers, from Stone, Samuel Smith, Chimay, and Ommegang. But, if you’re in the area and looking for a better beer selection, Erik’s Grocery Bag is only a minute or two west on Easton/Maple. | | beerchugger (23), North Canton, Ohio | | July 7, 2009 [ Updated August 3, 2010 ] I find it kind of difficult to rate the ambiance/food of a grocery store. However, I was pleasantly surprised by some of their selections. They had some Stone, Bells, Hoppin Frog and others. It’s not a liquor store, so I wasn’t expecting too much, but turned out they had more than I thought they would. Price wasn’t bad either. | | Pipper (34), Ohio | | June 15, 2009 Pretty mediocre selection. A regular run of the mill grocery store with a very small corner of the beer selection reserved for the micros. Only have six packs really unless you step into the walk-in cooler where you can find 750s of Chimay and some shitty German Warsteiner bombers. Mostly they have Great Lakes, Magic Hat, Rogue and some Bells. Did have some randomly good standouts like Three Philisophers. It’s not the beer destination by any means in Canton but then again neither is Canton. |
