| Rustyham (29), miami, Florida | | January 16, 2009 Open Mike every night, over 130 beers, proper glassware, coffee, tea, food. Perfect place to hang out- provided it wasn’t so far away or so expensive, or they accepted cards. Aside from that, it’s is surrounded by art galleries that my friends and I often show work at and it’s across the street from the Museum of Contemporary Art, making a great finish to a high-brow evening. | | Oakes (421), gone rambling, Vietnam | | May 2, 2008 [ Updated February 3, 2009 ] Yes, folks, the Red Stripe, Rolling Rock and Werewolf signs in the door are a bit of a lark. This is a bohemian coffeehouse that feels PNW, not the least because of the 120 beers, on a very well chosen menu. Laid back, chill, some live tunes, a stack of old hippies and a bigger stack of cool beers, the likes of which can’t be found anywhere in Dade as far as I can tell. As worthy as an stop in SoFla. | Rasecane (4), Florida does not count - explanation | | December 22, 2006 You feel like home at LunaStar Cafe. THe service is excellent, the selction is top-notch and the appetizers are delicious.
Theres always live music, open mic or spoken word to add to the ambiance.
