| Strebs (76), St. Louis, Missouri | | April 29, 2012 [ Updated April 30, 2012 ] I attended a Chimay 25th Anniversary event there sometime back, and I still have fond memories of the place. The beer selection was decent, and the food was better. I’m a sucker for repurposed buildings, so I really liked the layout in what had been built as an automobile dealership display floor room. This bar is worthwhile to go out of your way for in OKC. | | msante79 (253), Mount Prospect, Illinois | | July 3, 2011 Pretty good place for OKC. 60 taps filled with regional brews and imports. Nice selection of bottles. Not as nice a selection as Tapworks or Republic but top 3 for OKC. Service was good. Mussels were really good. Worth a stop for sure. | | WesKBob (20), Bethany, Oklahoma | | April 8, 2010 The best beer bar in OKC, IMHO. Service is good and knowledgeable if you get there early enough, but the place gets crowded as the evening goes on and the level of service suffers. Good food (can’t beat the $3 burger Wednesdays). Beer can be a touch pricey, but their selection (as compared to most OK bars) makes it worthwhile. | | HopHunter (10), Oklahoma | | September 18, 2009 great place to go with friends to try new and different varieties of beer | | troyc (147), Oklahoma | | August 5, 2009 Visited several times since it opened. The food was pretty good, with a good selection of beer as well. The selection is pretty much on par with their Tulsa location and among the best in the city. If you’re from out of town, try the Oklahoma sampler! Most of those beers you can’t find outside the state. | | Hbuck72 (10), Chickasha, Oklahoma | | October 28, 2008 Good place to hang out after work. They have pint nights on Monday, which means if you buy their special beer for the day, you can keep the glass.
Not a huge selection of beer, but pretty good. | lumpsowers (3), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma does not count - explanation | | September 22, 2008 This is my new favorite bar. Amazing selection and excellent pub/bar food. Try the sweet potato fries. Large selection of drafts with rotating seasonals, specials, and microbrews. This place has a tendency to get filled up with frat boys later on in the night, and the service is usually pretty bad, but I should probably shut up and drink my $3 Rogue Nut Brown draft. |
