| eboats (32), Omaha, Nebraska | | July 26, 2011 Lazlo’s will always have a warm place in my heart. Watching my Dad and my uncles drink microbrews in late 80s early 90s before every Husker football game intrigued me. Years later when I started drinking it was these memories that got me into trying beers outside of the BMC circle. The food here is fantastic, and the beers while only average hold a special place in my heart. Not as good as the one in Lincoln simply because it isn’t in Lincoln. Glad to have one in Omaha though. | | eclaycamp (35), , Kansas | | July 12, 2011 We went to this Lazlo’s rather than the original in Lincoln. After going, I kind of wish we would have went to the other. We sat on the interior, it was nice, but had that kind of "chain" restaurant feel to it. The beer was above average, and while I liked my entree it was clear the wax beans came off the back of a Sysco truck. On the bright side our server actually worked in the brewery and really helped us to get our beer geek on. Not bad, but certainly not a brewpub experience to seek out. | | troyc (147), Oklahoma | | July 5, 2011 Nine beers on tap. Good prices but disappointing beer quality. Didn’t try the food. The patio was nice. Not worth going too far out of the way though. | | SledgeJr (106), Omaha, Nebraska | | December 28, 2009 No beer is being brewed here. Beer is shipped in kegs from Lincoln. Nice sterile and safe generic urban sprawl ambiance for those of you who are scared of real life. |
