| Quevillon (169), Sainte-Thérèse, Quebec | | May 14, 2012 Visited for the first time May 13, 2012. A good way to recycle the Thompson-Perkins Mill, not far from the war museum and a good walking distance from Brasseurs du Temps in Gatineau. «By the way, do not rely on the Google map, the brewpub is via the Ottawa River Parkway, close to the Portage Bridge». Two floors of dining room each with a bar, two terraces with views of the river and dam, fairly easy to park your car. Typical selection of Mill St. with a few beers brewed on site and a few bottles, the menu is varied enough to suit all tastes. Good and welcome addition to the brewing scene in the region
| | BeerFanatic999 (10), Cochrane, Alberta | | April 17, 2012 Mill Street has a beautiful location on their hands. Their beer is cold, crisp and fresh. The staff is extremely friendly, and wonderfully helpful. Came as a large of 20 without a reservation and they still accommodated us perfectly. Did have one problem with food, an undercooked steak, but they comped it and got out the new one extremely quickly. Highly recommend checking it out for both after work beers and dinner. | | cfrancis (58), Ottawa, Ontario | | March 2, 2012 Brand new brewpub to a starved market. And to show it, it’s hard to get a spot. Great renovations and lots of TV screens. Brewing system is on display and a solid selection of Mill Street regulars and a few specials for that location only. Food is average to above average but the beer is why you are here. | | Lubiere (349), Ottawa, Ontario | | February 14, 2012 A great new addition to the boring Ottawa scene, in this beautiful old Mill by the river, excellent menu with decent priced offering, 14 taps of Mill Street, 4 of them brewed on premise, friendly service, bilingual menu, some staff speak French, overall, quite pleased. | | pushkinwow (54), Ottawa, Ontario | | January 27, 2012 Official opening is tonight but it opened 3 days early for a "soft opening" to work out some kinks. Went for lunch and was surprised. Its a great location and its gorgeous inside - an old mill on the ottawa river that has been beautifully changed into a nice place for food and beer. The place was relatively full but you could still have a conversation, views over the river and the old stone inside were great. There is a store on site to buy growlers and swag. Menu is not too complicated and compared to other places downtown the prices were reasonable and the food was good. Only mill street beer on tap but they have at least 3 brewpub beers unique to Ottawa. Kitchen was still trying to work out some kinks but the service was friendly, fast and knew their beer. Worth a visit, or two - try to sit on the main floor overlooking the river - its gorgeous. | | sseb69 (21), Gatineau, Quebec | | January 27, 2012 Wooohoo, Mill Street est arrivé dans la région..situé à 2 minutes de Hull et du pont Du Portage. Stationnement. Employés motivés et gentils, belle ambiance, beau bar. Excellente bière. Beau Menu. Excellente j’adore ce Pub. |
