October 19, 2011 Outstanding. I was not able to visit this store in person, but their exceptional service resulted in me getting exactly what I was looking for, and at a reasonable price. I called ahead to order some Cigar City for a visiting friend to pick up in Pensacola, and bring back to Kentucky. The staff, especially Mike (the beer guy) and James (the owner), stayed in contact, and made sure all beer was safely delivered. This is how beer stores should act! |

October 11, 2011 Visited this place last month on vacation. Went a bit out of the way and wasn’t disappointed for the most part. Nice smelling market and pretty good ambiance. Very helpful service from the owner and other employees. Good selection, but it definitely could have been better. Ran into some 2010 W-n-B so I was pretty pumped, but that was dashed once I got to my hotel and realized the Prima Pils I bought was 6 months past expiration. Food was awesome. Gyro and turkey salad as well as the hummus, all very good. Fairly pricey though. Overall an excellent market for food and the beer is just a bonus. |

October 29, 2009 This is a pretty cool place. Food smells great and they are constantly trying to get you to eat free samples (that’s cool). The beer selection is better than the huge store next to it but the prices are more expensive than the liquor store if it is a brand they both share, which is expected. I like that you can break all the six packs but it sux that buying 1 vs 6 is the same, (no sixer discount). But I’m just trying out new stuff anywayz so I just bought a whole bunch of singles. Would go back again for sure. And the guy at the register WILL try to sell you extra stuff when you check out. I don’t mind, he showed me an awesome Rasputin stout I would’ve otherwise missed. |

June 8, 2009 You go here primarily for food (arguably the best products you’ll find in the area). Wonderful selection of cheeses, meats, spreads, and desserts (the pesto feta spread and homemade tiramisu are phenomenal). As far as beer, this selection is smaller, about two 8-foot aisles’ worth, but most of the top-quality beers available in Florida are here. Prices can quickly add up because every beer is a la carte; no reduced rate for buying a six-pack. This means you can mix and match a six-pack, however, which is always welcome. Service is very helpful but can be overbearing. They will try to sell you everything in the store. A warning if you purchase food: keep your eye on them as they measure out your food. Too often they will give you a much larger amount than you’ve requested and will charge you for this excess amount. |

May 17, 2009 On vacation in the panhandle and had to stop due to posts on RB. This place is more of a deli/gourmet food market than a beer and wine store but the selection is fairly large and very good. I specifically hoped to locate some Oskar Blues Dale’s Pale Ale, Gordon, and Ten Fidy. None of which is available in Indiana. I was pleasantly suprised to find all three in stock. Good selection of regional beers as well as European and Belgians. The owner was working the cash register and was extremely nice. A bit pricey, but worth the stop. |

April 10, 2009 I based my trip around visiting this store and was not disappointed. They have a great selection of beers although they are more expensive than other places I have been. Ask for Mike when you go. He was extremely helpful and knowledgable in all things beer. The store also has an excellent selection of food and coffee. |

October 13, 2008 Good selection of beer. Food is very good. They have cold beer in the cooler that you can have a brew while looking for new beer or having with a great deli sandwich. The staff will help you find your favorite styles and can give you feedback on most of the beers in stock. A true beer lover doing the ordering is always good. A short trip from the Alabama coast if you are on vacation there. |

January 17, 2008 This is a good stop if you’re heading into Pensacola, only minutes from the airport. The place is a bit run down looking and some of the beers were hard to tell how fresh they were (will find that out as I drink some of the stuff this month), but the staff was friendly and helpful, although perhaps not beer gurus. You can mix and match anything you see and want. Good selection of Imports from weird international countries and Belgium and Germany. US Microbrews from Lakefront, Boulder, and the Florida micros were all there. I recommend you stop here first and if you have time head over to Chan’s on Bayou Blvd aftewards if you want to hit all the area has. |

November 1, 2007 Frequent shopper, I get all my new beer at this store. The food is fantastic, and the staff is especially nice, and ready to recommend a good beer or wine to go with any food. There are plenty of samples, so stop in if you are in Pensacola. |
