Honestly just a Liquorland with more shelf space. The places are on a par with a supermarket rather than a corner store. The staff are just there to stack shelves. No knowledge of product especially the beers - saying that I have met a few staff members with good knowledge of Whisky’s, wines, etc, but the beer is forgotten, and these staff members are few and far between. And this doesn’t mar it as the majority of the beer drinkers frequenting the place are just here for the price of their favourite Low-carb. pale lager or nouveau pear cider, ugh. Saying that I have had quite a few ratings come out of this warehouse project. Most merely busting the 2.5 on the rating scale, but at least I saved a penny or two in their purchase. Note to staff though - check your dates; beer does have a shelf life!!

This rating is based on craft beer shopping not shopping for a slab. Piss poor service. I’ve been asked if I want help once and usually it takes me 5 minutes to find someone to ask where a certain product is. Just frustrating. Very sterile atmosphere and value is quite poor considering places like Mane Liquor and International Beer Shop who are independantly run are cheaper

The ’craft beers’ are merely crappy macro beers with crafty labels on them. The only decent stuff they carry are the likes of Chimay, Murrays and SN. In saying that, they only carry the ’quaffers’ or, in other words, the larger sellers of the brewers range. Staff don’t know anything about beer in general - or wine for that matter. Half their craft beers were out of date last time I went there
