Amazing, high end draft list! Iím live in New England so most of the breweries they have on tap I canít get. So any out-of-towner should hit this place up.
The sandwich I had was really damn tasty. (Koren Cheese steak ) Plus for entertainment they have all the classic arcade games I grew up with. Pac-Man, Frogger, Burger Time, Donkey Kong, etc.
Really a fun place to sip craft beer and play games. I would return here or try any of their other locations.

I like this place, $0.25 classic arcade games and great beer makes for a great time.
Iíve now been here at least 5 times and would like to add a few things about here. First off, the staff has always been friendly. I have had no issues at the door or inside and the service is usually quick. The selection is pretty large and there tends to be a few really great beers on at once. The prices are agreeable and they clearly note the prices and size of the pour.
This is an excellent bar, my score of 80 feels really low compared to how much I like this place.

Great selection and events. Crowd varies between preppy and hipster but mostly young. Great selection of vintage video games - if I were allowed I would play Spy Hunter all night.

like the other barcades, good vibe, lots of good american craft beers, good range of styles, from sour to pilsner to roasty beers. the sandwiches are very good, and they have a good sandwich/beer special -- good value.

I remember squealing like a little girl when I found out about Barcade. It did not disappoint. A little dimly lit but otherwise it feels like the perfect blend of an old bar and a new 80ís arcade. Great selection of craft beers including some rares and one-ofs from various US breweries. The bar staff is very friendly though there is no table service. Food is great for what it is. Not much of a place for sitting down for a meal but what little fare they have is usually very tasty. The games are the centerpiece of the establishment with a great selection of late 80ís arcade games. Definitely worth a trip or 5.

Place for craft beer and old school video games. Fuckin Rampage man! I like that they post high scored for each game on a chalkboard. Basically a warehouse type place...rafters and concrete floors. Good beer, good staff. Id visit again for sure.

Stopped by Barcade after hitting up Frankford and Fette Sau. Big bar area and standing room in the back with the standard Barcade formula. Lots of games, maybe a bit less than the Brooklyn location - Iím not sure. Solid variety to the tap list, but at the time we visited nothing really grabbed my attention. Seems like they get in a lot of solid events though.

Other than the art on the side of the building I would have no idea this place is even here. I have wanted to check out Barcade since it opened so we stopped in after brunch at Memphis Taproom.
I am pretty sure we were the first people in the place that day. Selection was pretty good, some leftovers from PBW I think. I decided to go with a Barrel Aged Siberian Night, donít see that every day. Service was good, but we were the only people there after all. We had just eaten so no food on this trip.
Once I got my beer it was time to play some games. All the games are .25 which is awesome as it allows you to play lost of them for not very much money. All of the classics are there and I had no trouble playing the ones I wanted to play.
Overall a really fun place to hang out. I am not sure if I would like this place if it was packed but on a day like this it was very enjoyable. I will return for sure.

This place was a pleasant surprise. There were loads of US microbrews, about half of which were from PA. The bar tenders were hella fast. I would stand at the bar for two seconds and get my beers handed to me. There is a smoking section although it was closed due to the blizzard when I was there. The clientele was all 20-somethings. Lots of hipsters, some bros, and a smattering of nerds. There are little shelves next to the arcade games on which you can place your beverages. Games are all 25 cents a pop. I am awful at video games and this was a new experience for me, but one that I enjoyed none the less. The music was generally rock like. I remember them playing Iggy Popís "I want to be your dog" and The Misfitsí "I want your skulls." Good atmosphere if this is your thing. Otherwise, the beer selection should be attractive to beer snobs, who are open to playing Golden Axe for a bit.

Read on if you donít mind an ultra-hipster, beard centric location. If you donít like a lot of beards or flannel I would stay away. Pretty impressive draught selection that rotates quite often. A bunch of different styles always available and some rarities come through on the regular, as well. Long bar as you enter the place and a little bit of seating. Back furhter you come to a bunch of 80ís video game machines that will set you back a quarter per play. Great looking exposed rafters and brick walls. Music can be loud and the place can get quite ful of beards during the weekend. Prices were on par with Philadelphia. Even though I stand out like a sore thumb when I go here I do enjoy it. Good beer selection, decent pub fare, olde timey video games (not always in working order but this isnít ratearcade.com).
