| IPFreely (143), Sanborn, New York | | July 31, 2010 A decent sized liquor store just on the other side of the Pennsylvania border. It was nice to be able to buy small amounts of beer, which they had a very good selection of. The guys in the store helped me out with a couple things and weren’t surly while doing it. Good local brews, a decent amount of mead, and a decent international prescence. Definitely recommended if you’re stranded in Easton like I am right now | | coldbrewky (63), Saugerties, New York | | April 8, 2010 [ Updated May 7, 2010 ] Stopped in here last night and found to my delight a long aisle of singles and another entire aisle of chilled sixers. I pretty much ignored the vast array of wine and moderate selection of booze. A small carry basket filled quickly. BrewDog, Rochefort, Mamas little Pils etc. | 40ozFear (1), Easton, Pennsylvania does not count - explanation | | October 4, 2009 Excellent selection of craft brews. Very friendly and helpful staff. Make your own 6packs. Ratebeer ratings posted on applicable products. | | Birdiebeagle (44), Perkasie, Pennsylvania | | February 12, 2009 I worked in the area for years and didn’t know it was there. I am from PA and love being able to buy singles. Its a bottle shop with a knowledgable staff. Nice selection and close to home. You can also buy the wife some wine and pick up spirts there. Its a good place. | | jason (45), Easton, Pennsylvania | | May 28, 2008 [ Updated July 4, 2009 ] This place is 5 miles away and is a nice little place to stop by for a sixer or two. They do sell singles but could do better job of listing prices for them. There has also been issues of them not having a beer or two in their system and the girls at the cash register have no idea what the price is.
Overall they do carry a nice selection of micros and they keep growing. DFH, Stone, Smuttynose, Laguinitas, Weyerbacher, Ballast Point and manmy others. The prices are decent. | | illinismitty (275), Nashville, Tennessee | | May 28, 2008 [ Updated May 29, 2008 ] This is a great stop if you want to avoid PA prices before leaving NJ. This reminds me of a mini version of Oak Tree in Planfield as far as layout. The carry a very nice but modest selection of regional and domestic micros, and the prices are not bad either. They even display ratebeer shelf tags. It can be tricky to find, but look for the turn into the same strip center as Home Depot and PNC Bank and you will find it. |
