Stopped by to by fruit and water and noticed a selection of singles and a sign that said mix your own 6er Sale $6.99. So why not pick up some ticks and I selected some sweetwater, kona, yungling and highland. All other beers I either had or were easily available to me in Illinois.

Really this grocery store is the only place to get beer in the area - so this place is key for anyone renting a cabin and just wanting to sit back on the porch, have a beer and enjoy the view. Selection isn’t very impressive but if you are from out of state you’ll probably find a beer or two you haven’t tried. They have a mix your own 6er option for 8.99 which is a nice deal.

This is sadly easily the best place to buy beer in Pigeon Forge. Actually, this is the only place in the city to buy stuff like Highland, Yazoo, Sweetwater in one stop to take home. Being able to create a 6 pack is pretty nice. Skip Food City. Go here.

If your vacationing in Pigeon Forge/Gatlingburg and are looking for a place to pick up some decent brews this Kroger oddly enough isn’t a bad place to stop by. They have about 50 to 60 beers to pick from and pick 6 section with about 30 brews to choose from.
