House numbers on Namesty Republiky run weird. It’s the northern part of the square, side with tram tracks. Look for signs. First thing I noticed was 2 Stadin Panimo beers in the fridge. Was fun! Place itself is small, but cosy. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Will come back!

Only did a flash visit here, to tick the two Zhurak beers on tap. Already had a bottle of the Asphalt, but very glad I got to try the Smoke-out ipa, was fantastic! Anyway, the place itself is rather small, but they have a terrace outside which is nicely decorated with (now rusting) crown caps. Relaxed atmosphere, lots of locals and youth here. Nice place, but as a Belgian of course, the Belgian beers are no added value for me. :p

Wonderful atmosphere at this place. Small old school cafe just by the city square. Maybe 15 Belgian beers on bottles, 2-3 taps. Had a great local IPA during my visit and after some help from the waitress I was able to find it on ratebeer as well. Worth a visit for the atmosphere.

a useful addition to the pilsen beer scene. located on the main square, with a small courtyard entered from just beside the town hall. francis has a surprisingly comprehensive selection of belgian beers, all served in the breweries’ glassware, and steers clear of the leffes and grimbergens of this world. instead, the focus is on beers from brugge and trappist ales. the prices are very reasonable - 60 crowns or so per bottle
