A minipivovar on the Praha 1 street that leads off Charles bridge. It’s where I go whenever I get turned away from Zlaty Tygre. Recently renovated brewpub with lots of different styles of beer. 2 stories with the brewing equipment on the bottom floor. Didnae eat but the food looks and smells good. I’ve started seeing their beers for sale in other joints as well. Pretty progressive brewers. It’s very expensive by Czech standards but you’re getting less travelled styles than Pilsner and that’s worth paying extra for. Absolutely worth a visit.

Best brewpub in the center of Praha IMO. 4-6 brews ranging from very good to excellent. People seem to laud the Vienna Red and rightfully so. I also have had a few great weissenbocks there whenever they’ve been on offer, and the light lager isn’t all that bad either. Added to that, some of the best beer food in Praha makes this a great spot. Easy to find close the Charles Bridge (a true gem amidst a lot of touristy dumps).

Nice brewpub in the old town of Prague, close to U Zlateho Tygra and U Medvidku. 6 beers on tap, good quality. Didnt eat, but food looked tasty. nice and friedly english speaking service. Good value for money.

Great place, efficient service, good food and beers at a reasonable price. Highly recommended if you want to eat and drink good beer in Stare Mesto. And if you want more, you can stumble over to U Zlateho Tygra and U Medvidku. (Visited March 15th 2013)

First and last stop on the trip. Beautiful brand new but cozy little restaurant/brewpub in the old town. They have very professional waiting staff (think French garçons with a better attitude). Their beers are absolutely great, the food is quite delicious (I ate wild boar that was very well prepared) and the prices are very fine for the location. I will come here everytime I pass through Prague in the future.

Excellent brewpub in Old Town Praha. Beautiful murals all around, great food (the duck especially), professional service and, first and foremost, excellent beers. The Czech styles I thought were more accomplished than their New World experiments, but everything was at least very good. A must stop in Prague.

(Visited July 2012) Nice brewpub quite centrally located in the Old Town, not far from Charles Bridge. Despite that, it wasn’t too overcrowded with tourist. It seems quite new, with interior mainly in brown wood and with the brew works visible at the back. They had six beers on tap, all from their own brewery, and two or three of them seasonal. Most of them were quite good. Service was friendly and efficient. Definitely worth a visit, and it’s hardly a detour.

Got there by chance, but we enjoyed a lot. They brew about 6 different beers, some of them seasonals. We tried all of them, and they were more than ok. The vienna was really good. Food was amazing, tasty. The place is not so pricey, being so close to the old town square. Worthy. Don´t hesitate to go if you are close.

Stylish new brewpub in the touristy centre of Prag, filled up rather quickly after opening time. Most of the beers (6 on tap) were above average, especially the polotmavý and the amber ale. Food is slightly upscale and pricey, but the grilled sausages were quite good, so no complaints there. Service is friendly and English is spoken. The rather high prices are ok, considering the location. Smells quite heavily of wort during brewing hours.

brewpub in the touristy heart of Prague. Quite small and busy, but service was very friendly and knew a lot about their beers. I sat at the counter, enjoyed their six beers and a pork skewer. I loved the beers, the food was okay - i.e. I will return for the beers, most of all their svetly lezak, which is just brilliant.
