Itís been awhile, but a really good brewpub. Drafts are good - great(for your average brewpub), the food is a bit expensive but tasty. Unless it crazy busy itís worth a stop if you are in Princeton.

A few "problems" first. Parking can be very hard to get nearby. Storefront is very narrow, itís just a hallway wide,íso it can be hard to see. After those things itís all pretty good. When I was there it was quiet with a few at the bar and TVís playing news and sports news around the fairly long bar that is in front of the stacked multi floor brewing equipment. It was the summer season with the frosh class just reporting so that may be why it was quiet. The food was much better than I thought it was going to be so I was not upset by the slightly higher prices than say a walk in restaurant. The wait staff was above average. It was a hot day and I was with the family so I only had two glass of the same beer which I found to be good . Overall I liked it and would certainly try again.
A stunning location with vaulted ceilings and lots of light. Big bars and large booths. Service is decent with a bit of beer knowledge. They have. A full. Tasting flight, unfortunately the beer is mediocre at absolute best. I wouldnít go back.

Your typical chain brewery. Nice place, relaxed environment, decent selection of beers on tap. Beers were average. Waitress was kind of all over the place. This is the second triumph Iíve been to. I prefer the other, but Iíd still stop back in here if I was in the area.

Really liked the place. Calm, quite, reserved...do college students in Princeton not drink before noon? Beuatiful space. Goodnfood and beer. Not guest taps. Good service. Prices are higher than I am used tofor food, but reasonable to good for the area.
Iíve been here a number of times over the years but recently realized Iíd never reviewed the place. As such I made side trip there on my way back from RiverHorseís new digs not far away. First Iíll say...what this place has is location...location...location...plus some really good atmosphere...great building...original layout. Additionally, the food varies from good to very good and occasionally worth going out of your way for. Now for the beer...Iíve never been a big fan...not that they donít have some good beers...Iíve just found the offerings over the years to be a hit or miss selection of non-descript or unimaginative beers on up to pretty good and occasionally worth stopping in expressly for. The problem is you never know which youíre going to get...and never many of the best at one time...so I donít feel this is a destination brewpub...but certainly a worthy stop when in the area. When recently there I enjoyed the Bengal Gold IPA and the Coco Buck.
A nice brewpub in downtown Princeton. Can be difficult to find a parking spot. When you enter the building, it is a long walk to the brewpub, but it ends up being quite a large space. Several levels of seating, but I sat at the bar. I got a czech pilsener and fruit beer, both decent. I didnít get any food. All the Triumph locations are pretty great, and I found this one worth the visit. The Princeton area is very nice as well.
