Pretty standard Mellow Mushroom, got to sit outside which was nice. Local tap selection pretty good but I still had a two hearted...Nothing to frown or go out of your way for.

The pizza is one of the best you will find in the Raleigh/Cary area. Couple that with a few Bell’s Two-Hearted Ale, outdoor seating and you have a very nice Friday night. Service was quite good the two times I visited this place recently.

I stopped here during a recent business trip to the area. The beer selection is very good. A very diverse tap selection of locals, regionals and varying styles. Pints are reasonably priced. The menu is mainly pizza and sandwiches, but somewhat more eclectic types are available. Prices are reasonable and the food quality is good. I was surprised that it wasn’t packed inside as the parking lot was completely full when I was there.

Swung by here for lunch before going to Peace Street Market on 5-3-09. We sat outside, but had to move to the covered patio due to "debris" falling from the trees near the deck. When we got moved, the new waitress we received must have been having a bad day or it was that time of the month. She seemed to have an attitude and a sneer on her face the whole time. The Mexican tortilla soup was nice. I had an Italian hoagie and the wife had the 10" meat pizza. The food was great. Had a draft Sweetwater 420 as well. Went to pay and the waitress wouldn’t split the check between us and another couple. She said she would charge each of us based on what we had. She screwed that up and charged us more then our friends who gave us cash because of her screw ups. Would have been excellent had it not been for the service.

Great place to hang out with friends on a nice night - sit outside if you can get a seat out there! Great pizza, very good beer selection - I always seem to end up with a nice big Pyramid Hefe when I am there - and the service is pretty decent considering how crowded it has been each time I have been there. They also do a pretty good job of getting a table put together with enough seats for our typically large group - and always getting bigger as stragglers show up!

Found this when searching for places to go for beer and food in Raleigh-NC. The ambiance was kind of cool but a little all over and not really able to relax and look around, due to it being really packed. Wanted to eat outside but that was out. Food (pizza) was excellent and they seemed to have an Ok beer selection. Only thing to complain about was parking sucked. Service was very quick and pleasant.

Surprized to see this entered as a beer place. I dropped in about a year ago after having crammed my trunk with beer at the Peace Street Market. I was hungry, so the food would’ve been good whatever it was. Not much of a beer selection. Just another pizza & sandwich joint to me, so I probably wouldn’t return if in the area again.

Decent food, especially the pizza. They have a few good micros on tap, but not a huge amount. Typically very crowded, but worth the wait.

really close to the office so i love to stop by for a cal-zone and some foothills after work. I love the outdoor seating!
