7 reviews for Total Wine and More - Triangle Plaza
jwweaver77 (4), Clayton, North Carolina does not count - explanation | | September 30, 2009 The ambiance is what you’d expect from a superstore. Service, at least in the beer section, was non existant. Cashier was pleasant though. Tremendous selection of singles IMO. Prices were pretty competitive with most places in the area. Selection is much greater than most places in the area that I’ve been to. | | dkachur (114), Charlottesville, Virginia | | September 14, 2009 Stopped here while I had some time to kill. Parking is OK. Prices are OK. Typical Total Wine beer setup but there seemed to be a few more options than at others I’ve seen. Staff was helpful when I asked but otherwise may not have existed. As with all Total Wines, this is a good place to stock up on nothing special. | bierslaaf (4), Cape Town, South Africa does not count - explanation | | May 13, 2009 Good selection and singles are available in almost all beers. Servece at the checkout is all that I can comment on as there was no one in the beer section. Hard to tell the value as I can’t compare but any place with this kind of selection is great value to me irrespective of price! | | zizzybalubba (34), Elizabeth City, North Carolina | | April 24, 2009 Of the Total Wine’s I have vistied in North Carolina and Virginia this is the best. Large portion of the store is devoted to beer compared to other Total Wine’s. Prices are good; singles and bombers are available. Not the best place in the Triangle to buy beer (that honor still goes to Sam’s) but if you don’t want to drive to Durham this Total Wine will certainly do just fine to satisfy your beer craving. | | wilkie (38), Raleigh, North Carolina | | February 18, 2008 One of the best Total Wine stores as far as beer goes. They have a small but decent selection, and lots of singles. I had no problem picking out a sixer of singles that I had never had before, and they have a decent number of highly rated beers. | | Illini08 (34), Raleigh, North Carolina | | January 26, 2008 Stopped here while in NC for a day. Lots of Duck Rabbit brews (I was here to get a sixer of their Baltic Porter). Others from Bell’s, Flying Dog, DFH, decent selection of foreign bottles. They had a wall of singles and a separate wall of six-packs. Friendly service. Good place to stop to get DR beers. | | ucusty (53), Wake Forest, North Carolina | | January 8, 2008 my local tw this store really needs their beer selection organized better |
