| badlizard (109), San Diego, California | | December 16, 2011 Over priced. It’s a clean, angular, attempt at a hipster joint. The burgers are good but over priced. If the burgers were organic, grain fed, free range, hormone free, local, sustainable, and all that other ethical food stuff, I would be happy to pay a premium for it. However, the burgers are about the quality of what you can get at Mill Creek, but Eureka charges twice as much. Most beers were overpriced by $2 to $3 each with the mark up on bottles far exceeding that! $7 for a 12 ounce can of Maui Coconut Porter? Come on! Over $20 for a 350 bottle of Russian River Damnation 23. Not worth it. Waitress seemed distant, disinterested, and like a honey badger. Honey badger don’t care. | | JoeTheYounger (42), Claremont, California | | December 8, 2010 Cool craft beer burger joint. They had "HOPPY HOUR" I think it was from 4pm-6pm which is $2 of any draft beer and $1 off any bottle. I had the cowboy BBQ burger with onion rings and it was really good. I drank an Alaskan smoked porter which paired very well with the burger. They had pours of Santa’s little helper for $3. Guy next to us had about 4 or 5 glasses and got wasted. He was giving everyone high fives when they were leaving. The staff was very knowledgeable and they hooked us up with a free bottle of Great Divide. We took a bottle of Deschutes Dissident to go. YES they do sell bottles to go. | | Hophead22 (60), Redlands, by way of Wisconsin,, California | | April 11, 2010 Real cool local burger joint with a small but very good draft selection. Very clean and organized, laid out very well. Real nice bar area with ample seating, bartenders are very knowledgeable about what they are serving. Great burgers and great onion rings too. Not a huge menu selection, but just very simple and good. Beer selection is really nice, they have a Tues. keep the pint night which is always busy. They have had Mongo from Port, Dark Heather Saison from New Belgium and are always trying to get new and interesting brews, I just had Angels Share recently. real friendly waitstaff and the girls are very easy on the eyes. | whatsupstairs (7), Inland Empire, California does not count - explanation | | March 17, 2010 best burger ive tatesed you be your own judge. great beers on tap and bottle. they got a steal the glass night they do every tuesday.pretty cool |
