Small BevMo = Small selection.

One of the poorest BevMo’s I have been to. Selection was decent, but didn’t have any of the surprises I usually like to find. The refrigerated selection was poorly stocked, down almost entirely to BMC and Corona.

The beer selection here is pretty poor. They have a good amount of Drakes and the other typical CA beers that you find at most places. Normal selection of foreign beers.

Like this little store. Defenitely different than other bevmos staff wise. Everyone I talked to seemed to have an opinion, and it was appreciated. Usually bevmos know their selection and some internal ratings, but it’s refreshing when the people will actually tell you what they drink.

Compared to most other Bevmo’s I’ve been to, the Redwood City location is disappointing. There are fewer American craft brews available in singles and an inferior selection. They carry Stone sometimes and sometimes not. Still better than 9 out of 10 beer stores on the Penninsula, but that’s not really saying much. Their refrigerated beer selection is fairly sparse. The Mountain View location is several notches better and for refrigerated selection, try Whole Foods a few blocks North across the street.
