| dreamflower (11), Steinbach, Manitoba | | March 28, 2012 The beer selection here is fantastic. By far the best in Regina. The food is fresh, brilliant and tasty. A classy, interesting, gastropub in the heart of Regina. The presence of this pub makes me want to go back to Regina, and I can’t really say that about a lot of others things there. | | northropfrye (47), Steinbach, Manitoba | | March 26, 2012 This place was great. Very knowledgable staff who actually love beer. The food is excellent and unique. The beer selection offers a nice range of microbrews; the best selections of West Canadian microbrews I’ve seen anywhere. Also a good selection of bottles. A must visit location in Regina. | | dresden (24), Saskatchewan | | November 19, 2011 Great selection for Regina. Food is usually good, as is the service. Nice front deck for the summer. Only thing keeping me from going here all the time are the prices. Expect to pay $8-$10 for most beer. Beer menu on website rarely seems to match what they have. | WillowParkWine (1), , does not count - explanation | | July 29, 2011 Great Restaurant/Bar with loads of unique beers. Lots of the cuisine is infused with the actual beer and pairings suggested with dishes are fantastic.
Staff are very friendly and can talk your ear off about any beer you can think of. | sinkhole (7), Ottawa, Ontario does not count - explanation | | December 8, 2010 Recommended by a local during my recent travels. A great selection of western Canadian micro brews (both bottle and on tap). An extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff that coupled with outstanding food made for a few good nights. I would highly encourage a visit! | Crel (4), Regina, Saskatchewan does not count - explanation | | March 28, 2010 A nice selection of beers, and the food is fantastic. I especially like some of the food/beer pairing recommendations that you can get from the serving staff. It is VERY expensive. For two people and a few drinks, you are looking at $100. | | paco (20), Regina, Saskatchewan | | February 23, 2010 Regular taps include, Hophead IPA, Great western light, Guinness, Leffe, Hoegarrden, Keiths, Moosehead, Fruli, Stella, Stir stick stout, Rock creek cider, Wild rose Brown and velvet fog, and okanogan pale. Right now Paddock Wood has their Loki IIPA on tap here. Food is usually good. They were avoiding usual bar food at first but have now accepted it and placed burgers and fish and chips on their menu. Bottled selection is decent, Sometimes it gets a little boring, with nothing new added. But I give bonus marks because there is only one other place in Regina with any decent beers. Do not even think about value when you are here. $50 for a double dead guy and $75 for the Rogue barley wine. Right now the Chimay grand Reserve is on special for $20. Service usually is pretty good. There are a few stand outs for sure. Matt, Scott, Junior, and Judd really know their beer and are good guys to work the bar. Overall, a great place for Regina but compared to what there is in other provinces we are still miles behind. | | Hoser (137), Cowtown, Alberta | | February 5, 2010 [ Updated March 7, 2010 ] What no ratings of this, awesome menu for food many dishes made with beer a well selected bottle list from a bunch of cool stuff you wouldn’t expect to find in Saskatchewan. Lots of western micros on tap and an always changing tap list. Regina rocks hard for a beer scene. |
