January 30, 2012 [ Updated February 1, 2012 ] Nice small bar with a few tables. Maybe 25 well thought out beers on tap. I had a real nice conversation with two of the employees and will be coming back here many times. |

December 9, 2011 Excellent selection if you can get someone to bring you a beer. They don’t seem to have tables assigned to the staff, rather they just deal with anyone who needs service. Because of this sometimes you are extremely well taken care of and sometimes you might as well not exist. Enjoy the food that I’ve had so far. Parking is very difficult. |

March 4, 2011 After a couple of visits I think I have a handle on this place. The selection is very good, but not everything is fresh (or else the lines need to be cleaned/changed). The food is also variable and ranges from basic pub fare to pretty damned good. Beer knowledge among staff is variable. Atmosphere is pretty interesting: there is a living room-ish area, an eating area with two and four person tables, a pool table and a decent-sized bar. Parking is horrible. I’d recommend this place as a great stop for craft beers in Renton, but have to admit that you may find aspects to be hit or miss. |

May 23, 2010 One of the best beer selections in Renton, and prior to outlawing smoking in bars and restaurants in the Seattle metro area one of the only smokeless places around.
It is convenient if you are a local but if you are coming in from Seattle, it is way out of the way of anything resembling a nightlife. |

December 23, 2009 Received a warm round of applause while walking in this place; I am actually being quite serious about that as well. Nice and small place. Great tap list selection I must say. The service was awesome, and the people were awesome as well. For a place in Renton, this was a great experience. Since I plan on moving to Washington this upcoming summer, I believe I will be stopping in quite frequently. |

October 24, 2009 Strange mix of beer geeks and regulars. The food is ok. The beer is often outstanding considering this is Renton, no offense Renton. They even have some hard to find seasonal on draft. The decor could be better, but that is because it is about the beer, I guess |

February 21, 2009 Nice little pub with a great selection on tap. Parking can be a bit tough. Staff is friendly and the service is fast. |

November 10, 2007 A great little pub. We hit it upon returning from Jimi Hendrix’s grave. Tiny little parking lot, enough for 8 or so cars with not much room to pass. The interior is typical English-style local pub - with a couple exceptions: the tap line-up is phenomenal and the George Bush countdown clock is a priceless addition. Many smaller Washington micros on tap. The food was pretty good and very comparable to Canadian prices. A great introduction. |

September 24, 2007 [ Updated September 10, 2008 ] This was an awesome little haunt that a friend took me to. Games, beers and great football on the TV the wife even loved the place. They have some great beers on tap with both local flavor and some off the wall from far of lands. The food was good and very pub faire. I had a great time here this is one of the best beer bars I have ever found. They had a feeling of being at a local club house. The seating in regular couches and chairs and the football going this was just perfect. This is not a pop in a run out type place this is a sit and have a great time place. |

July 29, 2007 Thanks to Jeannie from NWBN for telling me about this one. Nothing like getting drunk on the couch playing Jenga with your wife with 30 brews on tap nearby. I enjoyed meeting the staff as well; they even helped make fun of the old dude that blew ass behind me and thought we wouldn’t notice. Outdoor seating, couches inside and board games give this a great atmosphere. Need to try the food next time. |
