They let a group of us park our vehicles there while we road our bicycles around town for a couple of hours. Then we came back and indulged in food and drink. OK... we indulged in drink, food, and drink. My favorite is the Legend Brown Ale. It has all the great taste of a brown ale without the bitter, hoppy aftertaste.

Best part of the visit was the large deck, overlooking a rather scruffy railroad yard, and the river and downtown Richmond beyond. The beers were not bad, if a bit unadventurous, and the food was similarly unexciting. Consensus around town was that Legend needs to up their game now that Hardywood Park is in town.

Decent brewpub...atmosphere is ok, food is hit-or-miss, and the beers are very average.

Found really close to the river, this place is inviting, brightly lit and has good food. Legend does not have a huge variety of beers, but what they do have is very tasty.

Great views from the patio (in an otherwise drab area), decent beer, good food, mostly friendly staff and fairly good service. Selection varies and some of the brews are much better than others. Love the chicken wings!!

Stopped by during vacation. The inside looks like converted industrial space, yet still has a decent pub feel. It is light and airy. The outside patio also looked nice. Menu was standard pub fare. We just had appetizers, which just rated an OK. The sandwiches that some others got while we were there looked substantial. Service was quite a bit slow, which was surprising since they weren’t busy. The beers were decent, although rather unexciting. Parking was very limited. The place wasn’t anywhere near full, but the parking lot was.

Sat on the deck on a very nice Richmond afternoon. The inside looked like a normal pub/restaraunt. The service was quite poor the day I was there. Took nearly 10+ minutes every time we wanted a new beer, and it wasn’t like they were busy. The selection was decent, but the beer there was nothing to write home about. The food was quite nice for your standard pub fare. The prices were reasonable. Overall, if you are into ticking a few beers off you list then get in and get out. As far as a return visit, the lack of anything special and poor service will not be having me back.

Always a solid place to go for a beer. Nice to have a brewpub nearby. Very casual, if you like outdoors it has a deck. Service is fine. Selection good for a brewpub. Pricing in average. I have to rate them down on food, though. They used to have a decent menu and it has become more and more pub grub. Too bad.

Feels like a proper pub, and the deck is great in the summer. Reasonable service, a nice range of beer and a good burger. Really nothing to complain about other than being a pain in the arse to find if you don’t know Richmond too well.
