50 Probably the best bar in craft beer deprived Richmond. A couple dozen taps of decent quality, mostly of easy-to-get locals. You can order in two serving sizes, at average prices (for Vancouver). The whole place has a sport bar feel serving matching food (meat-heavy), which is not my thing. Not a place I’d ever return to. |
72 An institution with a ski lodge feel and snow capped older men throughout. Sports oriented and not too busy, this local is quite nice. Service is great and food is decent. Specials are a good value and tap list is good, but a little boring. A nice place to watch a game or hang out without judgement. |
78 A nice suburban pub/restaurant with a tap selection that is quite remarkable for this (somewhat)
out of the way location. Of special note was the Boundary Bay Oak Aged Cabin Fever, a memorable strong ale.
My special credit to the charming and able bartender who handled a delicate customer situation with grace and compassion. I shall say no more. |
76 Good tap selection, with an even better bottle line up.
Bartender was friendly and knew his beer well.
Food was quite good.
Would visit anytime I was in the area. |
