| footbalm (61), Western Minneapolis Suburbs, Minnesota | | June 18, 2011 I was very impressed with the beer selection. The beer guy has done a great job and he is still building as they just over part of the wine area.A great selection for a non-metro bottle store.they have a lot of Belgians and domestics. | | tennisjoel (32), Rochester, Minnesota | | May 18, 2010 Easily the best selection in Rochester, if you’re talking the Crossroads location south of town. The NE location is not nearly as good. There is enough of a selection to keep me happy. They carry some brewers recently added to the state distribution including Great Lakes, Central Waters, and Deschutes. Good selection of Belgians, full lineup of Rogue, Nogne, New Holland, Pretty Things, Founders, Jolly Pumpkin, Bells, Mikkeller, New Belgium, locals such as Surly, Lift Bridge, and many more. From where I moved in the twin cities, this store belong in the upper echelon as far as selection, which IMO, is probably the most important.
The service is good and they usually offer to bring your beer out to your vehicle, which is something I’m not used to in the big city.
This will be my go-to place and luckily is just over a mile from where I’ll be living in the future. | TechButton (1), Rochester, Minnesota does not count - explanation | | June 23, 2008 This place has my favorite beer, New Holland and many others unlike other places in town. I give this a thumbs up. | | howie (18), DeForest, Wisconsin | | October 10, 2005 Best beer selection in Rochester. Lots of MN and WI stuff, several Belgians. Good prices. |
