This place should not have been on places at all. This is just a kiosk with some beers, you can find the same all over Rome, nothing special about this place.

A snackbar with a larger than average beer fridge. No tap line. Just between 50 and 100 different beers. Very basic selection of Italian micros and imports as well as the boring bigger European names (InBev and friends). Only worth it if your hotel is in the area. Not worth a detour for the beer geek.

Good panini and snacks here. Beers are more the common beers so nothing special. They seem to be more interested in flogging the Duff beers.

Nice little place near Pantheon. Small to average selection of beers in bottle, but some of them very strong names. Nice light snack. A good choice for some snack and beer if you are in hurry. Prices are generally ok. You can find some glassware to buy, too.

Odd little place. More a shop than a bar. Selection wasn’t huge, but certainly eclectic - I found 7 ticks from the 50 beers in the fridge, including a new country. Some classics too. Not worth going out of your way for, but worth popping into if you’re passing by. Food looked like tasty snacks.

I found this place by accident. It is in a central location, only 1 minute on foot from the Pantheon. Claudio was happy to help me and enthusiastic about beer. He has plans to expand the size of his bar, which is currently one room. Light sandwiches and pastries are served, along with liquor, wine and the beer. Quite a few Italian beers, as well as some Belgians and a few German and British beers. Some of the prices are a little high, but that is perhaps justified by the location. The service was great, and helped as best they could. Considering any tourist to Rome will be in the vicinity, stop here and give the selection a look. update...this was entered into places because in 2009, it had far more than it seems to have today. Beer scenes change with time, so at one time, it absolutely belonged on ratebeer.
