During a few days in Roma I had only time to visit one beer shop. At this place, located near the San Giovanni metro station, I got what I came for; a few Italian bottled beers to bring home from breweries like Elav, Opperbacco and Extraomnes. Helpful service with recommendations guiding me around the shelves with a brilliant selection of the especially Italian craft beers (visited, 31.03.2012).

When I was in Rome I visited this beer shop and found a good selection of craft beers from Italy and many other countries. The staff was very helpful and well informed. Recommend it.

Recommend it! Very wide selection of beers by style and origin. But no place to park.

Nothing compared to the other shop, the selection it’s the same but service it’s horrible, the owner and his right arm doesn’t know anithing about beer, wine or spirits and I was really disappointed, I recommend John to change jobs or alternatively to remain silent. P.s. now he has some scrap industrial beer too.....

Il locale beer store che amo. John è una persona favolosa e preparatissima. La quantità e qualità delle birre che propone impressionante. Ogni volta che vado ci lascio lo stipendio. Off license tutta la vita

Cosa dire Johnny’s è sempre johnny’s . Uno dei primi beer shop ad avere successo qui a roma e che ha aperto la strada ai successivi. Ha una vasta scelta di birre a mio avviso e il servizio l’ho trovato molto adeguato e garbato.
