78 Small, but a good selection of rarer locals and solid national stuff. It’s Roswell, so a bit pricier. Now out of business because no one buys growlers in Roswell, or anywhere really anymore. |
86 Best bottle shop in the area. Guys are friendly that work there. Prices are a little high, but it’s a pricey area, so kind of a wash. Only complaint is they need more German beers. |
86 Visited this place for the first time. Large selection of craft beers, including several Georgia beers. Great customer service. I highly recommend |
80 Kjempegodt utvalg. Betjeningen hadde gode kunnskaper om utvalget og behjelpelig om du lutre på noe eller lette etter noe spesielt. |
86 Excellent growler and bottle store. In addition to rotating growler selection, they have an impressive selection in bottles. Although I’ve never done it, I’m told they’ll break up 6 and 4 packs for you. Service has always been top notch - these guys are knowledgeable about the beer; there are other growler stores in the area where that’s not always the case. Lucky to have this close by. |
80 Small store in a strip mall. Enough parking. Bright open space. Friendly and helpful staff. Prices actually seemed a little low. I found the layout aggravating. By style, and not by brewer which may work for some people but doesn’t work for me. Also, both sides of each center aisle were basically copies of each other. For the most part. But with some differences, so you couldn’t really skip over anything. Weird. The selection, though, is good, with lots of US beers, local and a solid foreign selection. Some rarities. A bunch of taps, and while you can’t have a pint due to law, they did give me a sample of something. Decent growler fill prices. Glad I stopped here. |
100 The store is small, but the setup is such that they are able to pack a lot of beer into a compact space without making it difficult to get around inside. The beer is clearly arranged by style with spots by the register for new arrivals and singles. They also fill growlers and sell glassware and brewing equipment/ingredients as well as a few food items like beer flavored ice cream and cured meat. The employees are all very knowledgeable and friendly yet low-key. They update their facebook regularly with new arrivals and what’s on tap. My personal favorite beer store. |
86 Cool little bottleshop near downtown Roswell. Basically, all they sell is craft beer though they also have a limited wine and craft soda selection. Organized by style instead of brewer, which I’ve never thought I would be a fan of but it works here. Staff is nice and helpful and up for a conversation if you are. Lots of variety from all over the place, including a lot of stuff not available to be back home such as Allagash, Smuttynose, Weyerbacher, Green Flash, Dieu du Ciel, Nogne O. I could definiely lose track of time just looking through the huge selection of bottles. But the best part could be the growler-filling station. 15 taps that rotate fairly frequently (check Facebook for updates). They sell growlers and bullets. Picked up a glass bullet, which is awesome since the only ones I’ve seen are plastic and those are a bitch to clean. Small selection of deli meats and cheeses, and a nice selection of glassware also. A kick-ass little shop that I will always go to when in town. |
92 I went here today looking for some quality beer during a visit to the area, looking to hunt for some beers that I can’t get back home. And wow, this place delivered! Great selection - I found lots of interesting sours like Mikkeller’s Spontans, Boon, Beersel and all the usual Belgians. Plus, they had plenty of great American beers, including tons of Founders, Stone, Bells and New Holland to name but a few. Great friendly service and a really nice ambiance. Definitely a top-tier beer store. |
88 A very nice store on the north side of town. A nice shelf set up that feels like a nice place to shop. Staff is always helpful and willing to offer suggestions. Selection is top of the line for Georgia. Prices are competitive. Definitely worth a stop if you are anywhere near the area. |
