I am not the biggest fan of rolling up to a brewpub through a large-cut, gravel parking lot, but there is plenty of parking, which is always a plus. The barrel-shaped bike rack was a nice touch, just below the waiting patio on the way into the building.
There were about 4 hostesses who were all very young, and not very communicative but we found our way to the bar all the same. There were 2 bartenders who were both very helpful and very patient. They didnít mind at all that I asked for a flight either (always a good thing).
There is a very large menu on the wall featuring food specials, whatís on tap ( 9 Evolution and 2 visiting taps), and a few secret stash bottle offerings. We did not order food so I canít say anything about that, though the specials sounded really good.
Good sized bar that probably sits about 12-18 people. The dining room in the next room also looked quite large and accommodating. There is also a large seating area outside, and each table had an umbrella, in case of an over-abundant sunny day.
On the whole, a really nice place. A couple of the beers were really good, with most of the others being quite decent. A happy visit in my book.

The bar area is a bit loud, but then again, itís a bar. nice rotating selection of brews and I went with a sampler of four different ones. Friendly staff all the way and the service is good. The food was very good and the over all value is excellent. I would definitely go back.

Set in a large warehouse type building alongside a railroad line in Salisbury MD. Though just a touch pricy the brew selection from their own offerings was well over a dozen and the food was quite good. Our waitress was very friendly, quietly efficient and knowledgeable about the beer offerings. Quite an enjoyable experience.

Divided into restaurant and tasting room area..each has separate entrance..didnít have time for tour or to check out the actual brewing setup..exposed brick wall with chalkboard tap offerings..main bar has about 25 seats and a few tvs above..do offer a nice sampler to taste various offerings..food did look pretty tasty and they recommend certain brews to pair with items on menu..soup I had was pretty good nothing great..seems like the tasting room area has the same draft offerings and cheaper eats..pretzels..etc..winter migration on draft was superb..bar service was good and they knew their stuff..nice to see evolution expand and get more recognition..worth a visit if in the area..

Evolutionís latest location is a major expansion over their former Delaware location. The new facility offers up large space for dining with a lot of tables well spaced throughout. One end of the building is a long narrow bar with itís own exterior entrance in case youíre interested in just grabbing a quick beer or growler fill. Between the dining area and bar was a large room that can be rented out for private parties. Good servers who came by often despite how busy they were. Food was good with some safe choices along with some more unique offerings. Beer offered were basically all house beers along with room for 1 or 2 guest beers. Enough taps however to allow them to feature their core lineup along with a handful of seasonal choices.

This is a much larger facility than their original location in Delmar, DE. A large gravel parking lot greats patrons in front of the shiny tin siding building. We entered through the bar and were quickly whisked away to a table in the dining room whilst a band set up near the bar/kitchen walkway. While the walls are cinder block, that actually adds to the atmosphere in this urban/industrial/new age gastropub. Roughly 12 Evolution Craft Brewing beers were on tap accompanied by a single Flying Fish beer. The food was quite tasty and reasonably priced; the menu is short and to-the-point so you do not have to fight pages of uninteresting food to find the one plate you are most willing to eat. Our server was mostly attentive, though she only took two of the four drink orders whence she first graced our table. As dinner completed, we eased out through the new tasting room, again about twice the space of the old one, still adorned with beers silently sleeping in barrels, patiently waiting their turn to be bottled.

New home to Evolution Brewing since their move from Delaware. Full Production Brewery w/tours & a seperate tasting room, as well as Salisbury Mdís first "Gastro Pub"-as they bill themselves. Only craft beer available here, all the latest EVO stuff & a few guest taps to fill out the lineup. Food is quite good, some can be a little fancy but there are plenty of good basic choices as well. These folks know how to run restaurants, they had 4 in the area before they ever started brewing beer. Can be a little pricy, but they have happy hour specials, NFL specials, NFL ticket.... Outdoor dining area, sometimes have entertainment on the weekends. This place used to be an Icehouse so they have their own fresh water spring for water to brew the beer & serve in The Public House! Try the water.....not something you would usually say in a review!
