Nice, upper-scale grocery store in NW San Antonio (and only 4 miles from my place). Reasonable prices on most selections and occasionally, some very good bargains. Seasonals flow in and out like clockwork (including 7 cases of DR10). They have an actual Cicerone as their beer guy here!! A much welcome addition to this area of San Antonio. My boyfriend lives in this part of town, and when I’d visit we’d always have to drive to Central Market if we wanted to pick up some good beer. Now it is just a quick drive down the street. Large selection of craft 6-packs and single bottles. Also a very nice Belgian selection. Pretty good grocery store to get a wide variety of brews. Best of all they have a "make your own six pack" section where you don’t have to purchase an entire six pack just to rate a beer. Heck, you can even buy one beer, you don’t have to buy the entire mix pack. Awesome. Great way to rate a lot of beers cheaply. |
