Not Quite a Brewpub, but more of Homebrewpub. The story is better told by them @ their website, but the beer speaks for itself. I was fortunate to try the "Daddy’s Chocolate Milk" a lactic stout that was very smooth and dry, low carbonation and a light hay smell. Not sure about the alcohol content, but it seemed like 4-5%. Tried the Brown with rosemary, really smelled the rosemary after it warmed up, nice and hoppy for a brown ale, kinda reminds me of Moonlight’s "Working for tips" but hoppier, probably because Moonlight’s has NO hops. Really nice folks. Hope to see the Real deal soon. Definitely a must for Beer drinkers in the Bay.
