Not sure why this place is clocking in so high; maybe because there are not many choices in Santa Barbara. In my opinion it is an average whole foods. Decent selection of not hard to find Belgians, Germans, and locals. Nothing really stands out, but its all refrigerated and the local selection is good. The beer buyer seems to know his stuff.

Good supermarket with a very nice selection of craft beers from all over the world( i found also mikkeller beers) very nice selection of CA micro breweries and also other gems form all over states. Nice spot

Set up like in Dallas but had CA beers; GREAT service - proactively asked if they could help and told me to call back next day (shipment day) as they might receive some RR. did find some things I couldn’t find elsewhere in SB. The proactively pointed out a special FW brew also..

Swanky grocery store with a damn fine beer selection with 95% in an open cooler. Good prices and there always seems to be a solid collection of seasonal offerings from the most popular breweries in southern california. Definitely worth a look if you’re in the area.

Nice sized Whole Foods on upper State St.... although the parking lot is tight. Very nice beer selection with a good SoCal beer selection - found lots of AleSmith including the new Decadence - didn’t see that anywhere else on my trip. A few 12 oz singles were available. Some homebrew stuff too. Love the sandwiches at Whole Foods - great lunch to go!

Located across the street from Downtown Brew Co. I have only have been there once but the alcohol manager was checking the stock. Friendly and willing to accommodate suggestions. The had stocked an impressive Russian River selection. I believe Consecration, Pliny the Elder, Damnation, and Sanctification. There was some other nice offerings including a good choice of Avery brews. Everything was pretty well priced too which is nice for Santa Barbara.
