I visited this place because it was Beatification Release day at Russian River and their pub was full. I enjoyed a sampler tray of all 11 tap offerings representing a wide range of styles. The beers are not exceptional but are competently brewed. There is plenty of room at the bar or at two stories of tables. Didn’t try the pub grub, but it appeared edible. Friendly service and several flat screen TVs.

Headed here after RR, not really a fair comparison to them... Decent looking place. Had a 7 beer sampler, a couple decent ones, but mostly blah. No reason to go here unless your a ticker.

Nice 2 story brew pub, good grub. Had the sampler a few really stood out most were decent. I recommend the visit if driving through Santa Rosa.

Nice place in two storeys, lots of dark wood, which makes the place kind of dark even in the middle of the day. Quick friendly service, when we were litterally flying thru the place and sampling the 8 beers they had on tap/cask. Some of the beers were quite nice, so definately worth stopping at.

Split level place with lots of bar space. Beers are not bad, better range than most brewpubs. Didn’t try the food. Overall, worth a try.

Dropped by here, since I was visiting Russian River anyway, just a block away. Dim brewpub feel. The taster flight as HUGE, the most samplers I have ever got from a flight before. I guess it all depends on what they have on tap, they give you everything for a fixed price, good deal. The beers where not-so-good to decent, but nothing spectacular. Still worth it to drop by though to get some ticks. Service was also pretty good.

Stopped in here for a sampler on 8/6/10. Cool looking place with kind of an industrial feel. Crowd is pretty much the after work happy hour crowd. They had 10 beers in the sampler. Mostly mediocre stuff, although the Bombay Rouge was very good and th Blarney Sisters was pretty good. Didn’t try the food. Service was halfway decent.

Last brewpub visited on august 16 2009. As the Russian River was packed on this Sunday night, I opted to end the evening here. This place is quite modern, chrome, heteroclit decoration. The food was good, I went for Chipotle chicken tacos, quite nice. Serive was cheerful and attentive. The beers were again lacklustre, with a few above 3. I agree with David (Rastacouere), go there if your in town and have time, if not...Russian River.

I must say I did not particularly enjoy my experiene here. The staff seemed mostly concern about gossiping together while the place itself feels quite cold, certainly not very home-like. A high-ceilings pub that feels smaller than it is and does not feel particularly clean - ugly walls, dirty windows giving view to the brewery, with poor natural lighting. I would not have wanted to spend the evening there. Besides, while the beer list was interesting enough with beers like an india red ale and a strong scotch ale, they ended up being not particularly pleasant by Californian standards. Basically worth going to if you have the whole day in Santa Rosa, but if you have only a few hours, stick to Russian RIver and Flavor for a meal.

I had 13 of their beers on a sampler tray including 2 cask versions. The Wee Heavy and Bodega IPA were the best. I got their fish of the day; two fish tacos, one grilled ahi and the second salmon! Excellent. The waitress was very helpful.
