Great selection of bottles, taps rotate frequently. They stock seasonals and seem to be expanding more into the crafts everytime I go. Good food as well, however the atmosphere is a little corny...it reminds me of the boat restaurant in the john candy film summer rental.

Great environment. Outdoor and indoor bars. Good tap list and solid bottle list. Great service. Food is excellent.

Nice selrction on tap continualy changing, + 500 bottles to choose from , listed as top 100 Resturaunt in the U.S. great, appetizers, summer 2 tier deck bar, inside year around bar, go straight to the bar, and ask for the on-tap list, bartenders usually know their beer. also beer to go by the bottle especially good for fall and Christmas beers on tap..

Nice bar in a lighthouse. Relaxed atmosphere and good selection on the dozen or so taps. Founders Breakfast Stout, some Victory, Allagash, Troegs and no macros! Food smelled good but I didn’t have any.

Best selection in scranton. Has a nice outdoor bar and dinning area. 20+ drafts and quite a few bottles.

This place is great, they had a large selection of drafts, about 20 with victory Hop Devil on a hand pump, and what appeared to be large selection of bottles. Then there is the food, 5 star, some of he best I have ever had (I like to eat as much as drink beer)

The interior is has your cliche seafood decor (fishing nets, portholes, etc. ), but done without getting too cheezy. The bar area is nice and open, and they have an outdoor deck bar for when the weather is nice. The beer list is long, but focuses heavily on the PA and eastern US beers. I found quite a few beers on the list that I have not tried. The only rarity they had on my visit, was 1994 Cantillon Lou Pepe Kriek on draft. The kicker was that it was $15 a glass! Ouch!. The food looked rather good, but I had already eaten when I visited. This is the place to hit if you want beer in Scranton. It is definitely worth a stop, but I do not think there are enough rarities to warrant a trip up there. You should be able to get most of the beers in the Philly area.

As a Scranton native, I dined at Coopers countless times after graduations and other special events. Whenever I’m back in town I typically stop by for a drink or two. The beer selection is the most extensive in the Scranton area. The bartenders are knowledgeable enough about beer, but the waitresses are clueless. It often takes multiple attempts to get a copy of the updated bottle list if you ask a waitress - it’s best just to sit at the bar if you’re visiting for the beer. Food is adequate, above average for the area. Worth a stop if you’re in Scranton.

still a nice place to go for a good selection of beer. Always something good on tap and always a few good bottles from the list. food is good. prices are alittle hight but thats understandable for a bar downtown.
