November 21, 2009 Stopped in here for lunch one day while vacationing in Sedona. Beer selection and quality are typical for a brewpub - good but not great. Food was very good as was the service. Planned to come back Friday evening for their advertised May 4th Cinco de Mayo party. Got there at 8:30 PM and were told it was closed. Tried to explain we didn’t want food but to just sit at the bar. "No" the man at the door exclaimed, "Everything’s closed"! Talk about a bummer. This seems to be typical of most bar/restaraunts in Sedona.

April 2, 2009 This is the brewery, not the restaurant in uptown Sedona. The only food is free popcorn and peanuts which is fine. They had three great seasonals on tap which I really liked. |

July 5, 2007 Day trip from Phoenix, we stopped in for refreshments and some food. There was a bit of a wait for a table then we were crammed into a booth, not the best experience. The beer and food quickly eased the mood. The beer was typical, nothing out of the ordinary. I wish these guys would branch out more. The food portions were great, offerings were better. I think everyone at the table got a different plate of food. In the area, this is a nice spot to go along with the views. |

May 19, 2007 We had a great time! I had the porter and so did my father-in-law. We had zero expectations, and had a great meal! The beer was great and the we found a new salad dressing that we still buy. |

October 11, 2006 Stopped by both. The one at Telaquepaque was geared more towards tourists at the resort. Clean, more upscale, with a full menu. The one on 89A was more of a local hangout. A dark bar that was expectedly well used. It must have been bongo night. Bring your bongo and get a free beer, I guess. When we got there there were 10 people playing tribal trance percussions. When we left an hour later there were 20 with people still walking in with there drums. Overall: This place was weathered and not so clean on the inside but the patio was nice with red brick flooring and a fountain. You could really feel the Sedona culture here. They had a handfull of beers on tap and a few wines and that was it. Being a former Long Wongs of Tempe patron I am used to this. Not sure if they had food. |

October 8, 2005 Oak Creek currently has an exceptional Oktoberfest in addition to their 5 house beers. They are planning to release a 2nd batch of the very popular Belgian style trappist Oct. 12th. |

July 6, 2005 They have 5 beers on tap (pale ale, gold lager, amber ale, nut brown ale & hefeweizen). The first four they do bottle and distribute. The hefe you can only get there or a beer festival (as far as I know). They no longer serve food there. Altough, they do have free popcorn and peanuts. Our bartender was knowledgeable about the beer. My hefe was good and probably worth the stop. |
