| CantillonKing (11), , California | | March 18, 2011 Eh, nothing special here, beer selection has gone downhill and staff has no beer knowledge | | JK81 (39), California | | July 21, 2010 Not worth stopping by, ok selection of beers. | | elihapa (65), Honolulu, Hawaii | | June 27, 2009 Wine Country 71. A cool Warehouse Wine and spirits store with a small, quality selection of beers. Seems like someone hand-selects these bottles, because the quality is high, and the quantity low. Overall decent, but I’d be willing to bet that there are better stores that have the selection of this place but with two the three times more choices overall. In my opinion, no matter how nice the “selection,” I’d like it to be my choice whether I get a $30 bottle of Cuvee de Tomme, or just a solid sixer of Green Flash West Coast IPA (which they didn’t carry). | posikyle (3), Alabama does not count - explanation | | August 1, 2008 [ Updated August 16, 2008 ] Eh, not so bad. It seems kinda like a converted industiral building, kinda austere. It has an expansive wine selection, and, while probably a 10th of the size of the wine, a great beer selection. Stone, Green Flash, Ayinger etc. Definitely a place to go if you know what you want, but not so great for browsing. | | DenverLogan (63), MileHi, Colorado | | October 15, 2007 This is a wine store that has a decent selection of beers in the back on warm shelves. They have some high quality selections at decent prices, including: Lebe L’Amalthee, 3 Chouffes, 6 Unibrous, 6 Lost Abbeys, Stone, Belzebuth, Des Rocs Grand Cru, St. Bernardus Prior 8, Triple and Abt 12, Alesmith, RR Collaboration, and others. Merritt orders the beer. |
